Aruuke Uran Kyzy is a Ph.D. candidate in the History Department, specializing in Transnational, Global, and International (TIG) history. Her research focuses on trans-imperial Naqshbandiyya Sufi networks across the Russian Empire, the Ottoman Empire, and Central Asia in the 19th century.
